Hi, I'm Rosie. Founder of Lasso & Lead. Based in the Waikato, working with businesses across Aotearoa.
I didn't get into marketing because I dreamed of being an agency owner. I got into it because I watched small business owners struggle to show up online in a way that reflected how good they actually were.
I grew up around small business. My parents ran retail shops, wholesaled product, and launched one of the earlier e-commerce operations in NZ. The grit of it stuck with me.
I built my own business from scratch as a nail technician in Mount Maunganui, fully booked, strong brand, loyal client base. I know what it takes to grow something from nothing because I've done it. I also know how exhausting it is to try to do the marketing on top of everything else.
That's what led me to get my Diploma in Digital Marketing and eventually build Lasso & Lead. Built specifically for NZ small businesses that deserve better than cookie-cutter content and offshore agencies who've never heard of Fieldays.

It's just me. One person, working with a small number of clients at a time, doing the work properly.
