What’s the difference between the Day Pass and other services?

The Day Pass is perfect for small businesses that need a fast boost. In one focused day, we set clear goals, create fresh content, and deliver assets you can use immediately. Unlike longer packages, the Day Pass gives you quick wins and direction without committing to ongoing support.

I’m not sure what I need. Where should I start?

The best starting point is always a free, no-obligations chat. We can discuss your goals and recommend the perfect fit, whether that's a Day Pass, one of our defined Social Media Packages, or a Full-Scope custom plan.

Do you offer monthly retainers?

Yes, our Full Scope package includes retainer-style support after the initial setup phase. This ensures your campaigns continue to grow with ongoing optimisation, fresh creative, and strategic support.

What if I just need a one-off project or consult?

That’s where the Day Pass shines. It’s ideal for one-off projects, strategy sessions, or content creation without a long-term commitment. You’ll finish the day with a solid plan and a bank of new assets. You can also contact me for a free discovery call!

What is the minimum commitment for your monthly social media packages?

All of our tiered monthly packages (Entry, Mid, and Higher) require a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures we have enough time to implement the strategy, gather meaningful data, and show you tangible results that lead to growth.

Can I combine your services, like adding Email Marketing to a social package?

Absolutely. Our most impactful growth comes from custom packages designed to look at the "big picture" (Surround Sound Media). We can strategically combine core services like Email Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, and Website Management based on your unique business goals and challenges. Pricing for these custom plans is POA (Price on Application).

How long will it take to see results?

Results depend on your goals. With the Day Pass, you’ll see immediate outcomes like new content and direction. With Full Scope, long-term growth compounds over three months and beyond.

Remember: Organic content is like planting an apple tree. It can take a while to grow, but you will have apples for the rest of your life. Whereas paid media (Google Ads / Meta) is like going to the store to buy apples, quick and easy, but you will run out eventually (plus it’s pricey).

Do I need to provide anything to get started?

Once we have had the initial chat, I will send you a survey, which will provide me with the framework to get started. Then I’ll need access to your website, social channels, and any existing marketing material. Beyond that, just your goals and ideas, I’ll handle the rest.

For our monthly social media packages, the base price covers using media you provide or stock images. For packages like the Mid and Higher, we include a set number of professionally created Reels/Short-Form Videos. If you need a large bank of original content, the Day Pass is the perfect way to create that media bank for use in your ongoing packages.

How often will we communicate during a project?

Communication is tailored to your needs. With the Day Pass, you’ll have direct contact throughout the day. With Kickstart and Full Scope, we provide regular updates, check-ins, and reviews so you’re always in the loop.
