Meet the Founder of Lasso and Lead: Rosie
Based in the Bay of Plenty, working with businesses across Aotearoa.

I’ve always been around small businesses.
Growing up, my parents were entrepreneurs, running retail shops, wholesaling, and building an e-commerce site back when “add to cart” was still a novelty.

They're still at it today, working hard and doing what they love. That hustle, heart, and hands-on approach stuck with me.

Fast forward a few years, and I built and scaled my own business as a fully booked nail tech in Mt Maunganui. It was more than painting nails. I built a brand, filled my books, created a community, and learned what it takes to grow something from the ground up.

“I didn’t dream of being a ‘marketing guru.’ I just saw how bloody hard small business owners work and how much impact great digital strategy can actually make.”

However, as I grew, I began to notice something: small business owners were often exhausted. Trying to do everything. The books, the stock, the staff, the socials, and still keep their brand alive online? It’s a lot.
So I went and got my Diploma in Digital Marketing to change that.

Enter: Lasso and Lead

The name says it all. I wanted to be the one who lassos in the leads, rounds up the right strategy, and does the heavy lifting for hardworking business owners who simply don’t have time to wear one more hat.

Think of me as your marketing cowgirl! Doing the gritty behind-the-scenes work so you can breathe, focus, and actually see your business grow online.
